Exchanges

We offer exchanges on all items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will ship out your replacement item.

Exceptions

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
